Purchase Write2Spell2Read Resources using NDIS Funding

Write2Spell2Read Literacy Resources assist NDIS participants with their key handwriting, spelling and reading goals from early childhood and transitioning through school into a vocation or vocational training.

You may be eligible to claim Write2Spell2Read handwriting, spelling and reading resources under Low Cost AT Items – Consumables (Core Funding) or Low Cost AT Items – Support Capacity Building Delivery (Capacity Building).

If you are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed*, please check your eligibility with your NDIS Local Area Coordinator (LAC), Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.

*Write2Spell2Read is not a NDIS Registered Provider, so NDIA-Managed clients will not be eligible.

How to Purchase – Self-Managed

If you are Self-Managed, you have two payment options – Pay Now or Pay Later (Purchase Order).

PAY NOW

  1. Add items to shopping cart and checkout
  2. Add your billing details
  3. Add NDIS Participant’s Name on the checkout page
  4. Add NDIS Participant’s NDIS Number on the checkout page
  5. Tick Card to pay and send your receipt to NDIS for reimbursement
  6. We’ll send your Write2Spell2Read resources to you!

PAY LATER (Purchase Order)

  1. Add items to shopping cart and checkout
  2. Add your billing details
  3. Add NDIS Participant’s Name on the checkout page
  4. Add NDIS Participant’s NDIS Number on the checkout page
  5. Tick Purchase Order as payment method and your purchase order will be emailed to you
  6. Upload the Purchase Order to the NDIS Portal to draw down funds
  7. When funds are received into your account, pay the Purchase Order by direct deposit
  8. As soon as we receive payment, we’ll send your Write2Spell2Read resources to you!

How to Purchase – Plan-Managed

If you are Plan-Managed, your Plan Manager will pay for the resources via the Purchase Order.

PAY LATER (Purchase Order)

  1. Add items to shopping cart and checkout
  2. Add your billing details
  3. Add NDIS Participant’s Name on the checkout page
  4. Add NDIS Participant’s NDIS Number on the checkout page
  5. Tick Purchase Order as payment method and your Purchase Order will be emailed to you
  6. Email the Purchase Order to your Plan-Manager, who will pay the Purchase Order by direct deposit
  7. As soon as we receive payment, we’ll send your Write2Spell2Read resources to you!
